Nehemiah International Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our donors, supporters, volunteers and beneficiaries. We handle all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong (“PDPO”). We safeguard the confidentiality of the information you share with us, and this duty of confidentiality continues even after your relationship with us has ended. Nehemiah International Limited
（「我們」）致力保護捐款者、支持者、義工及受惠者的私隱及個人資料 。我們按照香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第486章）（「私隱條例」）處理所有個人資料。我們會保障 您所提供資料的機密性，而此保密責任即使在您與我們的關係結束後仍然持續。
2. What data we collect / 我們收集的資料
We may collect: your name; email address; telephone number; mailing address; donation amount, date and payment method; proof-of-donation documents you choose to upload; and any other information you voluntarily provide.
我們可能收集：您的姓名、電郵地址、電話號碼、郵寄地址、捐款金額、日期及付款方式、您選擇上載的 捐款證明文件，以及您自願提供的其他資料。
3. How we use your data / 我們如何使用您的資料
We use your personal data to: (a) process your donation and issue a tax-deductible receipt under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Cap. 112); (b) verify donations and maintain proper accounting and statutory records; (c) respond to your enquiries; and (d) where you have given separate consent, send you news, fundraising appeals, event invitations and offers.
我們使用您的個人資料以：(a) 處理捐款並根據《稅務條例》（第112章）第88條發出可扣稅收據；(b) 核實捐款並保存妥善的會計及法定紀錄；(c) 回覆您的查詢；及 (d) 在您另行同意的情況下，向您發送消息、籌款呼籲、活動邀請及優惠。
4. Direct marketing / 直接促銷
We will only use your personal data for direct marketing (such as fundraising appeals and event invitations) with your consent. You may withdraw your consent and opt out at any time, free of charge, by emailing admin@nehemiah-intl.org. We will not provide your personal data to any other organisation for their own marketing purposes.
我們僅在取得您同意的情況下，方會使用您的個人資料作直接促銷（例如籌款呼籲及活動邀請）。您可隨 時免費電郵 admin@nehemiah-intl.org 撤回同意及拒收。我們不會將您的個人資料提供予其他機構作其自身的促銷用途。
5. Disclosure and transfer / 披露及轉移
We keep your data strictly confidential. We disclose it only to parties necessary to fulfil the purposes above — for example our bank, our auditors, and the Inland Revenue Department where required by law. We never sell your personal data.
我們會嚴格保密您的資料，僅在達成上述用途的必要範圍內披露，例如本機構的銀行、核數師，以及法律 要求下的稅務局。我們絕不會出售您的個人資料。
6. Data retention / 資料保留
We retain donation records for 7 years as required for tax and statutory purposes, after which they are securely destroyed. Proof-of-donation documents are deleted once the donation has been verified and receipted.
基於稅務及法定需要，我們會將捐款紀錄保存7年，其後安全銷毀。捐款證明文件會在捐款核實及發出收據 後刪除。
7. Data security / 資料保安
We take practicable steps to protect your personal data against unauthorised or accidental access, processing, erasure, loss or use. Access to donor records is limited to authorised personnel only.
我們採取切實可行的步驟，保護您的個人資料免受未經授權或意外的查閱、處理、刪除、遺失或使用。捐 款者紀錄只限獲授權人員查閱。

9.Your rights / 您的權利
Under the PDPO, you have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data, and to ask about our data policies and practices. We may charge a reasonable fee for complying with a data access request as permitted by law.
根據私隱條例，您有權要求查閱及更正您的個人資料，並查詢我們的資料政策及實務。就資料查閱要求， 我們可按法律許可收取合理費用。
